Momentum continues to build but the real effort is occuring outside of the health care reform bill.  Hopefully, the lessons from these efforts will be amplified by opportunities available in reform bill.

		<description><![CDATA[Primary Care Doctor Shortage gets coverage over the week-end - another important factor is the number of primary care residency slots, which is dependent on Medicare subsidies to fund.  You can&#039;t recruit primary care docs if there&#039;s not enough coming out of residency programs.   Does PCP supply reform have to go one layer deeper?
